**BREWERY JOB OPPORTUNITY **
Have you ever wondered what it would be like to pour beer at a brewery? Well, Ritual is looking to add some talented and personable people to our passionate Beer Guide team! We are having auditions April 9th (Saturday) from 9am-11am and look forward to bring on individuals that are excited to learn more about Ritual and are stoked to pass along that knowledge to our patrons.
The successful Ritual Beer Guide will learn and ultimately possess a variety of skills that include serving beer, accurately describing our award winning beer portfolio, explaining the brewing process, and being a superior resident beer expert.
The ideal candidate will:
💛demonstrate a passion for great craft beer
📣possess outstanding communication skills
🍽🍺have at least six months of full-service restaurant/bar experience (appreciated)
🧐be organized, confident, and take initiative
🗓be available weekends
💪🏽be able to safely move kegs and lift 45 pounds
Please bring one blue pen and one black pen in order to complete the required paperwork. The Brewery is located on the West side of Redlands, also known as the Best side of Redlands, at 1315 Research Drive, Redlands, CA on the N/W corner of Lugonia and Research Drive.
