Commercial HVAC Install Field Supervisor

Qualified candidates must have 10+ years of commercial HVAC Installation/Supervision experience with an emphasis on ability to manage field crews, understand and interpret blueprints and manage projects, above average knowledge of HVAC systems and controls, sheet metal duct detailing, take-offs, duct design experience. Practice effective communication and negotiation skills. Strong work-ethic, thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Work Hours: 6:00 am – 3:00 pm but may vary, Monday to Friday (some weekends and overtime required)

Required Qualifications:

10+ years commercial installation experience
Prior HVAC supervisory background
Able to pass a pre-employment drug and background check
Valid drivers license and insurable driving record
Proven history in HVAC installations
Good computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Docs
Cognitive ability to comprehend the core fundamentals and operations of the HVAC business
Detail-oriented, organized, and objective in decision-making
Demonstrate ability to lead, mentor and train personnel as necessary
Demonstrate excellent customer service skills

* Must have 10 years cumulative commercial HVAC supervisory and installation experience
