Attention to detail and must be extremely organized and committed to safety at all times
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
Must know how to read and interpret structural steel drawings
Experience with overhead crane, jib hoist and forklift
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
Ability to perform precise measurements using weld gauges, tape measure, square, protractor
Must know how to use general shop tools
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form
