HVAC Service Manager
Position Summary: To manage the HVAC division including the Service and Residential Replacement departments of the company. This Manager is expected to oversee all aspects of the HVAC division to ensure its continued profitability and growth. Give direction to and work with the Sales Manager, Service Manager, Install Manager and field personnel to achieve service department objectives. Meet regularly with all HVAC department managers and supervisors regarding their goals and objectives and guide them through the process to completion. Lastly, work with all departments to streamline all processes to optimum efficiency and productivity.
Job Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, oral, and written
Some college coursework preferred
Valid driver’s license
10 to 15+ years’ experience in HVAC Management role
Proven record in HVAC operations and business management success
Good computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Docs
Cognitive ability to comprehend the core fundamentals and operations of the HVAC business
Detail-oriented, organized, and objective in decision-making
Demonstrate ability to lead, mentor and train personnel as necessary
Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
